(57)【要約】 【課題】トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸の金属塩含有溶 液からトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸を効率よく回収す る。 【解決手段】隔膜として水素イオン選択透過性イオン交 換膜Hと、陽イオン交換膜C又は陰イオン交換膜Aとを 配列した電気透析槽を用いて電気透析を行う。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a metallic ion from a solution containing a metallic salt of trifluoromethane sulfonic acid by using an electric dialyzing vessel, in which a cation exchange membrane and a hydrogen ion-selectively permeable ion exchange membrane having an anion exchanger layer facing the anode side are arranged between an anode and a cathode. SOLUTION: A solution containing the metallic salt of trifluoromethane sulfonic acid is supplied to a desalting section 1 between the cation exchange membrane C and the hydrogen ion-selectively permeable ion exchange membrane H of the anode side, an acidic aq. solution is supplied to a concentrating section 2 of the cathode side of the cation exchange membrane C and the power is supplied. Then, a metallic ion produced by the dissociation of the metallic salt is permeated through the cation exchange membrane C, moves to the concentrating section 2, formed into a salt and removed with the acidic aq. solution. The hydrogen ion-selectively permeable ion exchange membrane selectively permeates only hydrogen ion and the anion produced by the dissociation of the metallic salt moves to anode, but is unable to be passed through the cation exchange membrane C. As a result, trifluoromethane sulfonic acid is formed in the desalting section 1.
