Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole clutch mechanism and reduce cost. SOLUTION: This clutch mechanism of an on-vehicle AV equipment is equipped with a first gear member 63 rotatively driven by a driving source, a second gear member 64 having a rotary part 64A to which the rotational force of the first gear member 63 is transmitted and a gear part 64A by which the rotational force of the rotary part 64A is transmitted to a body to be driven, and a shaft member 66 by which the rotary part 64A and the gear part 64B are coaxially retained, and is so formed that the rotary part 64A is integrally rotated with the first gear member 63, and also when a rotational load applied from the side of the body to be driven to the gear part 64B is within a predetermined value, the gear part 64B is integrally rotated with the rotary part 64A, and when the rotational load exceeds the predetermined value, the rotary part 64A is rotated against the gear part 64B. In this case, an engaging part 63b arranged on the first gear member 63 is engaged with an engaging part 64a arranged on the rotary part 64A so as to obstruct relative rotation of the first gear member 63 with the rotary part 64A.
