(57)【要約】 (修正有) 【解決手段】 複数の光ファイバ心線を繰出し、集 線装置で平面状に配列させ、塗布装置で紫外線硬化型樹 脂の一括被覆樹脂を塗布後、紫外線を照射して硬化させ る光ファイバテープ心線の製造に当たり、集線装置では 光ファイバ心線間に隙間を持たせた状態で平面状に配列 させ方法。 光ファイバ心線は0.05度〜2度の集 線角度で塗布装置に引き入れること。 集線装置と塗 布装置間で光ファイバ心線の静電除去を行うこと。 集線装置が複数の溝を有するローラから構成され、且つ その表面は導電性材料で表面処理されている。 【効果】 光ファイバの配列の乱れ、光ファイバ素線の 損傷等のない。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for coated optical fiber tapes which are free from the disorder of the optical fiber arrangement, damages of optical fibers, etc. SOLUTION: In a wire collecting device, the coated optical fiber tapes are arranged in a planar form in the state where gaps are provided among coated optical fibers in the manufacture of the coated optical fiber tapes in which the coated optical fibers (a) are hardened by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays after the plural coated optical fibers (a) are delivered, arranged in a planar form with the wire collecting device and are coated with a batch coating resin of an ultraviolet-curing type resin by means of a coating device. The coated optical fibers are pulled into the coating device at an wire collecting angle of 0.05 to 2°. Static electricity is removed from the coated optical fibers between the wire collecting device and the coating device. The wire collecting device is constituted of a roller (b) having plural grooves and the surface thereof is surface-treated with a conductive material. COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
