【課題】 弾性履帯を、材質ではなく構造的に、しかも 接地面の全面を覆わずに部分的に空気層を形成し、空気 の吸入・吐出及び局部的弾性変形により泥土付着防止及 び剥離を促進でき、かつラグの有効高さを維持してトラ クションを確保できるようにする。
【解決手段】 弾性体製本体２の接地面３にラグ４を突 出し、接地面３のラグ４近傍からコーナ部５を通ってラ グ４の高さ方向中途部まで空気内包層６を形成する。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote prevention of sticking of mud and separation of mud by forming air containing layers from parts near lugs on the ground contact surface to the middle parts in the lug height position through corner parts, partially forming air layers on the foot parts of the lugs, and partially and elastically deforming the air layers by sucking or discharging air.
SOLUTION: Air containing layers 6 are formed on appropriate parts on the whole periphery from a part of lugs 4, each air containing layer 6 is taken as a sponge-like elastic body in which rubber is formed into open cells, and the elastic body is so formed as to be most thick on a part facing a corner part 5 and as to be gradually thinned as it is separated from the corner part. An air layer is formed by making bubbles of the sponge-like elastic body contain air, the air containing layers 6 accumulate air by the extension in ground contact and separation and discharge air by contraction. Therefore, mud stuck on the front surface is separated. When the air containing layers 6 contain water, mud can be discharged by suction or discharge of water.
