Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the wiring and connecting work for solar cell modules time- and labor-saving and safe. SOLUTION: A plug 3 to be inserted into the receptacle of a three-way branch-type connector 1 is installed at the ends of electric wires 41, 42 in both polarities of a block where a plurality of solar cell modules 40 are series- connected. A plurality of such blocks area prepared. Plugs 3 are also installed at the connecting points in the electric wires constituting the baselines 43, 44 leading to a terminal box 45 connecting to an inverter. Wiring and connection work is completed by inserting the plug 3 into the receptacles of each connector 1 at the connecting points. Thus the work is easily and quickly execrated even if there are a large number of blocks. In addition, an insulator is attached to the tip of the contact pin in the sheath of each receptacle, and the contact pins are positioned back from the tips of the sheath, so that workers can work is safety without touching charging parts. (57)【要約】 【課題】 太陽電池モジュールの配線接続工事を手間が かからず、しかも安全なものとする。 【解決手段】 複数の太陽電池モジュール40を直列に 接続したブロックの両極の電線41、42先端には、3 分岐型のコネクタ1のレセプタクル部に挿入されるプラ グ3をそれぞれ取り付けておき、このブロックを複数用 意し、一方、インバータに連なる端子箱45に至る基線 43、44を構成する各電線の接続点にもプラグ3を取 り付けておいて、各プラグを接続点においてコネクタ1 の各レセプタクルに挿入することによって配線接続工事 は完了する。ブロックが多数であっっても容易に手早く 工事を行うことができる。また、レセプタクルの外筒内 のコンタクトピン先端には絶縁子が装着され、外筒の先 端よりも後退した位置に配置されているので作業者が充 電部に触れることがなく工事は安全に行うことができ る。
